President's International Scholar Award
This scholarship is a renewable $5,000 per year award (equally distributed $2,500 each semester) offered to incoming non-resident undergraduate international freshman or transfer students.

Incoming non-resident undergraduate international freshman or transfer students with a minimum high school average of 90, 24 ACT or 1100 SAT score or a college GPA of 3.50 are eligible.

In order to receive this award, students are required to enroll as full-time students, maintain residence outside of New York State and international student status, maintain normal academic progress, live in a university residence hall (freshman for three years, transfers until they reach senior standing), and maintain a 3.25 GPA.

The scholarship is renewable for up to four years for entering freshman, and less for transfers, depending on their entering status. Scholarship recipients must maintain the required 3.0 GPA, make normal academic progress towards graduation, maintain a record of good student conduct, and stay enrolled full-time.
